Interactive Demo

Want to see how a completed poll looks before creating one? Explore our live demo with real participant responses, heatmap consensus, and auto timezone conversion.

1

Create Your Poll

Start by filling in the details. Add an event name, then use the interactive calendar to select all the potential dates you'd like to propose. Set the meeting duration. Finally, click directly on the grid to mark the specific start times you are available.

2

Share the Link

Once you create the poll, we generate a unique, shareable link. Just copy this link and send it to your participants through email, Slack, WhatsApp, or any other messaging app. There's no need for anyone to sign up or create an account.

3

Participants Vote

Participants open the link, enter their name, and see all the proposed times. All times are automatically converted to their local timezone, eliminating any confusion. They simply check off all the slots that work for them and hit submit.
